Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn items with all original tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the package to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
